Wattle Bloom Walks

Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens – These guided walks are conducted from early July to mid-August each year when the Queensland wattles (acacias) are blooming in the gardens.  The walks also include talks about acacias, interesting history of wattle and dispelling of myths.  As the walks are popular, let Mike know of your interest by emailing him.  You will then receive an ‘early access’ email for bookings.

The walks are at the easy level, with a small incline at the beginning.  They will be of interest to individuals, community groups, Probus Clubs and schools.
